All products come with a 3-year warranty. For non-human-caused damage during the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement of parts. Our after-sales team will respond within 48 hours and provide solutions.

We support trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and EXW, and can assist with international sea, air, or land transportation. Freight is calculated based on the destination, cargo volume/weight, and transportation method. A freight calculator is available on our website for reference.

The production cycle for regular orders is 60 days. Urgent orders can be prioritized for scheduling.

For existing products, there is no MOQ but SKU restrictions apply. For new products/customized items, the MOQ will be evaluated based on specific requirements.
